Providing variety of pumps for test and the rental fees are affordable. Although there are slightly mistakes in the process of delivery of pumps caused the late of receival of pumps. Anyway, the customer service still helpful and friendly. One of the part I received was cracked but the customer service immediately feedback the function will be affected and send me a new part in second day. The pumps i rent helped me to get my ideal pumps and easier for my breast milk pumping's day life. Thank you for providing the rental of pumps!

Convenient and effective

I was impressed with the packing and postage service for the rentals! Received the rental items in good condition and upon expiration of the rental, I just needed to repack the rental items same way into their original packaging and stick on the return label for the courier service to pick up. Great recommendation too so I took the mix and match bundle to try out a few breast pumps. The only downside is that I had to download Telegram and join the group because most of the information are in the group, when WhatsApp would be the common/convenient way to do so. Regardless, I now know which product suits me better after trying the breast pumps.

I rented medela maxi swing and couldn’t get milk out at all. After I checked with consultant ping, she recommended a smaller pump insert which solved the problem. My milk is incresing steadily each day thanks to her, and the pumping process is painless.
