Parcel & rental related

1 ) Rental period
The rental period will be adjusted based on the date u received parcel ( agreement Date is just for reference
Eg : your rental  is 4 days and you receive a parcel on the 18th, your rental period will be 18th, 19th , 20th, 21st. Then the courier pick up will be on 22nd 

2 ) How We Calculate Your Rental Start Date

If the parcel is delivered before 5:00 PM, the rental period will begin on the same day.
If it is delivered after 5:00 PM, the rental period will begin the following day.

To ensure a consistent and fair rental standard for all mommies, we will refer solely to the delivery time recorded in the official GDEX system. We are unable to accept any other time references, nor can adjustments be made for reasons such as “not noticing the parcel was delivered.”

3 ) Can i extend the rental ？
Yes, but u need to inform at least 24 hours earlier as might be someone waiting for the pump and we need time to reschedule the pick up

4 ) Should i keep the parcel box and packing？
YES must keep it for RETURN purpose, this is to protect our units from being damaged during the delivery process.

4 ) What is the CN paper (inside parcel) for ？
The note needs to be kept and to be pasted on the return parcel for Gdex to pick up 

5 ) When will i get back my deposit?
Deposit will be refunded within 4 working days for checking and refund (from parcel received date)

Q&A About Breast pump

1 ) Which level should i use？
On your first time using the breast pump, don’t rush to increase the suction level 😊 Start with Level 1 and let your body adjust gradually — it will feel more comfortable and help prevent injury.

You may refer this as a guidance:
1️⃣During confinement🤱🏻 -level 1-3(max)
2️⃣2nd-6th month- can try level 3-6

2 ) If milk volume is lesser ？
This usually means one of the steps might not have been done correctly. No worries, just reach out to our customer service and we’ll guide you through it step by step 🤗 It’s better not to figure it out alone, so you can get back to using it smoothly as soon as possible.

3 ) If no feeling of suction even on until max？

4 ) How long should i pump ？
Hand-held pumping usually takes around 20–30 minutes, while hands-free pumping often requires a full 30 minutes to empty effectively. Try to avoid pumping for more than 40 minutes, as it may cause nipple injuries.

5) I watched the video but I’m still not quite sure how to use it

6)Once I’ve tried and found the right one, will I be buying the rental unit or a brand-new one
If the trial goes well, you’ll be placing an order for a brand-new unit. This demo unit will need to be returned.

7) I tried the hands-free pump, but it feels like my bra doesn’t give enough support — it feels like it’s sagging and about to fall off.
We also provide a suitable bra for better support — you’re welcome to try it out for free during the rental period 💕

 

Q&A About Cleansing & Sterilizing 

1)Need to wash the pump before use？
Yes. After cleaning, we also carry out 2 rounds of meter testing, record a checking video, and do proper packaging. Please be sure to clean it again before you start using it

2)Agreement written that all pump cannot UV, then how to sterilize the pump？
Breast Pump still can be sterilized using a steamer /bath with hot water （refer clause 3 & https://smomduperkids.com/pages/breast-pump-bottle-sterilization-your-essential-guide-to-safe-practices)

3)How to sterilize all the Silicone parts？
After cleaning thoroughly, we recommend rinsing and sterilizing with hot water at around 80°C. Please avoid using freshly boiled 100°C water, as it may cause the material to deform or get damaged.

4) Can i steam all the pump？
Yes..but Some brands cannot be steam, after steam, the parts will be deformed (Imani, emprues smart）

5)Can use UV machine dryer？
We’re not too sure if your UV sterilizer could cause the pump parts to turn yellow. Since yellowing might make them look old or damaged, we’d recommend avoiding UV sterilization just to be safe 💕

6)Nursing bra need to be wash before return？
Yes

You can first check the sticker on the insert box — the size is written there.

FAQ 5 - Insert should push into which funnel size?
❤️ Insert size smaller than < 24mm, should be used together with 24mm funnel

❤️ Insert size bigger than > 24mm should be used together with 27/28mm funnel
